Draft — being reviewed by our lawyer before launch.
PaceBoard is run by Gold Standard Web LLC ("we"). It connects to your business account in your CRM, reads what your sales team already logs there, and turns it into leaderboards, goals, a TV board and a weekly scorecard. This page says exactly what we read, what we keep, and when we delete it.
The short version
- We never store message text, or your customers' names, email addresses or phone numbers. From your customers we keep only the CRM's ID number for each contact.
- We do store your team members' names (they're the leaderboard) and the counts and times of what they did.
- We only read. We never send messages, change contacts or change anything in your CRM.
- We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it to train AI.
- When you disconnect, you can still view and export your data for 30 days. Then it's deleted.
What we read from your CRM
- Your users: name, work email and whether they're an admin — to build the list of reps.
- Calls, texts and emails: who made or sent them, when, the direction, and for calls the length and whether someone answered. Not what was said.
- Appointments: who they're assigned to, when they were booked and for when, and whether they were kept, missed or cancelled.
- Deals: owner, pipeline stage, status, value and dates.
- Completed tasks: who completed them and when.
- New contacts: only the time they came in, to measure how fast your team responds. For booking credit we may read who the contact is assigned to.
- The account's name and timezone.
Customer names, emails, phone numbers and message text in what the CRM sends us are dropped before anything is saved.
What we keep
- For each rep: CRM user ID, name, work email, role, team, goals and activity counts by day.
- For each activity: its kind (for example "dial" or "deal won"), time, value (seconds or dollars), the rep, and the CRM's IDs for the record and contact.
- For each person who opens PaceBoard: their CRM user ID, name, email, role and when they last opened it.
- Your settings, boards, logo and colour, and which TV and phone links exist (we store only a scrambled form of each link's key).
- Access tokens for your CRM, encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- How the app is used (board views, TV last seen), to improve it.
TV and phone links
A TV or phone link shows the board to anyone who has it, without a sign-in. By default it shows first names and last initials and the numbers, nothing else. You can turn a link off at any time from the TV & phones page.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify (hosting and file storage), Neon (database, United States), Resend (sending email), Sentry (error reports, with personal data removed).
- Your CRM provider, which bills you for PaceBoard.
How long we keep it
While you're connected we keep up to 25 months of activity. If you disconnect or stop paying, your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export, and then everything — activity, settings, files and people — is deleted.
Your choices
Owners can export the numbers as CSV at any time, change who's on the board, turn off links, or disconnect from Settings. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted sooner, email hello@goldstandardweb.com. We answer within one business day.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and email account owners before the change takes effect.
