Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
Draft — being reviewed by our lawyer before launch.
These terms are between Gold Standard Web LLC ("we") and the business that installs PaceBoard ("you"). By installing it you agree to them.
What PaceBoard does
PaceBoard reads activity your team logs in your CRM and shows it as leaderboards, goals, a TV board, phone pages and a weekly email. It does not change anything in your CRM.
Billing
Your CRM provider bills you for PaceBoard through its app marketplace, on the plan you choose there, including any free trial. Cancel by uninstalling the app; you won't be charged for later periods. Refunds follow the marketplace's rules.
Your data and your team
- You own your data. We use it only to run PaceBoard for you (see the Privacy Policy).
- You're responsible for telling your team their activity is shown on a leaderboard, and for who you give TV and phone links to.
- Numbers depend on what your CRM records and sends us. We work hard to count correctly, but we can't promise the CRM sends every event.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of PaceBoard, or use it to see data you aren't allowed to see.
Availability
We aim to keep PaceBoard running all the time but don't guarantee it. If your CRM is down, boards show the last numbers we had.
Liability
PaceBoard is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can uninstall at any time. We may end service with 30 days' notice, or right away for abuse. After uninstall, data is kept read-only for 30 days, then deleted.
